The purchase of a mattress set must be accompanied by a purchase of a mattress pad of the same size as the mattress, or have the mattress fabric treated.

The  Comfort Guarantee is in addition to
Smitty's warranty and any applicable manufacturer's warranties.

The Comfort Guarantee is for a maximum of 60 days.

The mattress set can be exchanged for a model of equivalent or greater value with payment of the difference in price plus the taxes.
